Kylee hays, living yoga, llc
An introvert with tendencies toward philosophy, good chocolate and Netflix binges, Kylee has been dreaming of a space like Bookhouse for years. As a certified yoga teacher and former social worker Kylee is passionate about sharing the benefits (physical, mental and spiritual) of yoga and meditation and believes strongly that these practices can help us lead better lives.
Kylee will be offering private yoga gatherings, small group mediation (iRest Yoga Nidra) and in the near future Reiki sessions at Bookhouse Studio. Want to book your own private yoga gathering? Great, Kylee wants to host you!
Kylee believes in the importance of ritual, ceremonial observances, making the ordinary special. Setting aside time to create ceremony with purpose and intention is a joy that Kylee can’t wait to share at BookHouse. Look forward to Kirtan and yoga nidra gatherings, celebrations of seasonal solstices, workshops exploring the elements of nature and much more!
