"yoga for healing" 6 week yoga Series

Are you a novice yogi looking for a safe and supportive environment to explore the practice of yoga including the emotional, physical and mental health benefits?  Or maybe you have a consistent practice and are looking for ways to more fully carry the lessons learned on the mat into your life.  We will use the physical practice of yoga, mindfulness techniques, poetry, beautiful music and iRest yoga nidra to connect more deeply with our truest selves.  Each 90 minute class will include 45 minutes of physical practice followed by a combination of mindfulness practices and meditation.
